Time for more tummy Tuesdays! I hope you’re all enjoying these :3 I’ve been hard working on more commissions, so soon I’ll have more to post, I swear :D
I’m big on huge portions and homecooked meals. My mom lives really close by, so she’s always making food and insisting we take some (and I do!). Recently she made some beef stew. Soooo good :9

Lots of veggies and a slice of cheese pizza :D

This is the meal I made for St. Patrick’s Day :) It was my first time making corned beef! Yay and it was yummy and tender :9 I also made fried cabbage and roasted some veggies.

In “action” shots :D

After watching an “Ozarks” episode of No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain, I had a craving for chili spaghetti.

Here’s my attempt, but I used fettuchine. It was sort of greasy D: But very filling! I think I’m going to sweeten up the chili a bit and use it over potatoes…

Here’s an old favorite… grilled asparagus over scrambled eggs and buttered honey wheat toast :9
I’ve been trying to think of new fun content for the blog! Many choices, and so here’s something random:) Tummy Tuesdays! Which is a random photo of food xD
I like to try out new recipes quite a bit. I found this recipe by Rachel Ray for Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad. I love pasta salads. Filling and quick to make!

So I tried my hand at making it. I used Buittoni spinach pasta filled with cheeses. I don’t like green/yellow/red peppers or raw onion so I omitted it.
My kiddo’s birthday was recently, and here’s the cake I ordered for her. She requested a Princess theme.

It was really good! A plain white cake with whipped frosting :9 Yum Yum. Many green mouths that day! lol
