I’ve been announcing for a week.. but haven’t made a blog post about it! Well, Ambitious Love Boutique has had a huge overhaul.

It’s no longer JUST a place to sell doll clothes. I find myself trying out new things constantly, so I needed a place to share it all with you! That’s why it’s more than just a boutique… it’s an emporium of goodies!

The landing page~ Shows the navigaion bar with options such as “About”, “FAQ” and of course “Emporium”, which is the STORE! Also there’s a post here that lets you know what items are newly added :)


The biggest overhaul of all! I love how nicely the items are categorized and listed for sale. You purchase right on the website. You don’t have to wait for me to give you all the info! :)

The Commissions pages! I have 3 set up– doll clothing, keycharms, and plushies. You send your info using the forms… now you don’t have to copy and paste a form then email me! (Unless you want to xD)

There’s still minor updates I’m doing here and there, but the majority of it is finished :) What a relief!

Moo cards! Everytime I have some printed they always seem to come in a different case xD I don’t get them printed often, though… maybe every other year~

Since I’m waiting for the last piece to arrive before I can start finishing this set, Souseiseki is taking a break on my thread holder! She looks comfortable :)

Since my business cards arrived yesterday, I made a case for them! I used a pattern by Amy Butler (free online). I like how it came out!


It wasn’t hard to think of a “theme” for my card holder. I usually stick with grays, black, and white! And of course, skulls~

Inside the card holder. It’s handy because I can keep both my graphic business cards and my moo cards for my sewing business ^^ I might try redoing it… might as well have a case for every occasion ;)

In other news, I’ll be putting up details about the giveaway soon. The item is completed~!

Speaking of sunny occurrences, my business cards came in for my freelance graphic design business… Lisa Nguyen Design & Illustration! (I’m thinking of coming up with an actual name though, instead of using my full name! lol)


I’m pretty excited… I’m trying to really start freelance work! I’d love to continue being a graphic designer… The market for it around central Louisiana isn’t awesome, but I hope to find some worldwide work, too ^^ I designed the cards and notepad myself, and had them printed through Vistaprint. The quality is very nice ^^ Some of my designs arrived with a few cards off-center, but I have 250 cards, so it’s not a huge issue, lol. They’ve been sending me several emails about new promos… so I might end up ordering more stuff to promote myself! lol

I have really got to kick myself into gear about refreshing my physical copy of my portfolio, though! It’s been a year…

In different news, I’ve been tidying up a bit. I came across some of my hair accessories…

Wow, I have so many! I’ve been collecting them for years now. I don’t actually wear all of these But some are so cute, it’s hard to resist them…

In the pile of hair things was my little Pocket Friend from VonVonz! I love the packaging and friend, so I have kept him out of harms way~ lol

I found these earrings in a box… I really quite like them! They’re dangly, though… Dangly + Toddler = OW MY EARS! So I admire them for now! lol

Here are my Kino Makoto / Sailor Jupiter earrings! She and Mizuno Ami / Sailor Mercury were always my favorite. Though I’ve seen the anime and read the manga, the Sailor Moon Live Action is my favorite version of the story!
