I make these myself. Please understand no two will be direct reproductions. Due to the material, there may be small imperfections.
Shipping:
Shipments will be sent out from Thursdays-Sundays (USA only if there are no problems through PayPal with your address)
For one keycharm and packaging materials (cheapest, at your own risk):
USA with Delivery Confirmation Included: $1.50 (or 160 DeviantArt Points)
International: $2.50 (or 240 DeviantArt Points)

Please click the below graphic to view my keycharm directory. These are all of the keycharms I have made, either for sale on the site or for custom commissions. If you are interested in a keycharm listed, but don’t see it for sale on the site, please contact me on the below form for more information.
Process after commission is agreed upon:
- After payment is made, I will sketch and ink the image
- Note: Due to the amount of flakers I’ve had, I will not start until payment is made
- I will send it to you to review. You may only revise it once.
- After approval, I will color the image.
- I will send it to you to review for any last changes. After approval on this, no changes may be made.
- After approval, I will turn it into a keycharm.
- I will send the final photo to you to see.
- I will ship the item from Thursdays-Sunday (US only) or Thursday/Friday (once a week only for International).
Important Note: The art I send you to proof does not give you unwritten permission to share the art. A print of the art of any hard copies is not included with your keycharm commission. Please do not repost the art I send you anywhere without my written permission.
Optional Additional Accessories:
For $3 additional, you can add a small (~0.75″ width x 0.75″ legnth) shape accessory to your keycharm! Can be any color! View Example
Shapes available: Heart, Star, Circle, Square
Font that will be used: Bebas
There is only room for ~2-3 lines of text, so keep your text simple. I will try to format the text as large as possible on the shape.
Please see my policy on Damages and Returns: I will not accept returns or exchanges unless merchandise is broken. Sorry! :) Unless you purchased insurance, I will help file a claim. Otherwise there’s nothing else I can do :(
Turnaround time:
1-2 weeks, depending on current order load. This is how long it takes me to make, but it could take longer depending on the speed of communication between us. I will usually get back to you within 24 hours. I will keep in contact with you about your order on a very regular basis. If something occurs and I need your input, then please get back to me ASAP about it.
If you are away for awhile and you give me ample notice, then your order will be delayed until you get back. If you are too annoying and persistent on asking the status, after one or two warnings I will cancel the order and refund you any payment you have made.
However, since I absolutely will need your input on certain things, if you seem unwilling to help or do not respond to my email within 7 days (I will send ONE reminder within that time), then I will keep a non-refundable fee of 25% of the payment for my labor, and refund you the rest.
Important Notes
By placing a commission order with me, you are agreeing to all the terms on this page. I reserve the right to use photographs I personally photograph of your commission (or commission in-progress) as an example in my portfolio on sites I own, are a member of, or conventions. I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
