Damages & Refunds
Q. What if there’s a problem with the order/it was damaged in shipment?
A. PLEASE e-mail me the detailed problems with your order. Rude, spiteful, or generally hateful e-mails will not expedite your claim.
Photos MUST be included for all refund requests! If you don’t include one, then (if applicable) I cannot file a claim with the USPS or see any problems with the items.
If the USPS is at fault:
- If the item is damaged during delivery and you purchased insurance, a claim must be filed. This could take a few months. However if you did not purchase insurance, there is nothing I can do.
- If your item has not arrived and you did not purchase tracking, there is nothing I can do. If you are in the USA, Delivery Confirmation is included free with all orders. However, international parcels only get tracking with Priority Mail International.
Wrong item was received:
- I will request the item is returned. I will reimburse you for the price of shipping that is on the shipping label or post office receipt scan.
Otherwise:
- Refunds are only given for damaged or defective merchandise due to a missight on my part. No exceptions.
